Ordering and Shipping

Our goal is to provide you with the most delicious and fresh candy as humanly possible. To do this, we need a couple days to get your order ready. Please give us four days to prepare, pack and ship your order.

During the fall and winter months, when the weather is cooler across the United States and Western New York, shipping is a breeze. However when the temps warm up, shipping can get a bit tricky and sticky. If you are requesting a shipment to a traditionally warmer place, this may require additional shipping and handling fees. Please understand that we need to do this to ensure that your candy arrives to you in the most beautiful and edible condition.  If there is  any shipping concerns or questions, please give us a call - 716-487-1595. Store Hours are Tuedsay- Saturday, 12-5 & Sundays 1-5 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are our thing and we love to do them! To create a unique gift, molded candy treat, themed basket or special occasion favor, we need at least a 2 week's notice of the order. Once a price has been established, it must be paid immediately. Special requests require additional time and talent. Additional pricing will be reflected on special orders.
