Ordering and Shipping

Our goal is to provide you with the most delicious and fresh candy as humanly possible. To do this, we need a couple days to get your order ready. Please give us five business days to prepare, pack and ship your order. If you purchase one of our beautiful chocolate molds with your order, extra time is needed to prepare medium and larger items. Please also note, in order to keep candy from sitting in a warm warehouse over a weekend, we generally only ship Monday through Wednesday.  

Chocolate Candy Molded Treats

We are delighted to make an incredible variety of hand crafted, chocolate molded items. Because we offer such a robust array of chocolate molds, extra time is required to carefully prepare these unique goodies. Please allow us us up to 10 business days to create your perfect chocolate treat! 

Candy suckers and everyday boxed gift molds that are available year round in our candy store do not need extra time to prepare.  They can be found under Everyday Chocolate Molds.  We make them regularly and they do not require added time to prepare.  The category Specialty Molded Chocolates,  are our special items that require up to 10 business days to prepare.  However, we always to do our best craft and deliver our candy as efficiently as possible.

 

Heat & Weather

During the fall and winter months, when the weather is cooler across the United States and Western New York, shipping is a breeze. However when the temps warm up, shipping can get a bit tricky and sticky. If you are requesting a shipment to a traditionally warmer place, this may require additional shipping and handling fees. Please understand that we need to do this to ensure that your candy arrives to you in the most beautiful and edible condition.  If there is  any shipping concerns or questions, please give us a call - 716-487-1595. Store Hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 12-5 & Sundays 1-5 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are our thing and we love to do them! To create a unique gift, molded candy treat, themed basket or special occasion favor, we need at least a 2 week's notice of the order. Once a price has been established, it must be paid immediately. Special requests require additional time and talent. Additional pricing will be reflected on special orders.
