Just placed my order for Valentine's Day and had the opportunity to speak with the new owner. He was very helpful and courteous. Peterson's candies is a staple of this community and I am so grateful that it will continue on under new ownership. I'm looking forward to bringing my daughters as they get older to continue the tradition that I had in my childhood of visiting Peterson's during each holiday to pick out a few sweet treats. Love this quaint little shop! The peanut butter bars are my favorite. Beetles and sponge candy are also big hits with my family. Just placed a custom order for teachers gifts and was very pleased with the candies and the packaging. They loved it.
